Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Resume Vexa and its resume, ATS, job-matching, job-search, application-tracking, and related tools.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Resume Vexa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Resume Vexa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. What Resume Vexa provides
Resume Vexa provides resume-building, resume-upload and parsing, ATS-style analysis, keyword and job-description matching, template, export, job-search, application-tracking, cover-letter, and interview-preparation tools. Features may change as the service is improved.
3. Your information and resume content
You are responsible for the information you enter, upload, save, export, or submit through Resume Vexa. You should only include information you have the right to use. Resume Vexa is designed to help improve presentation and relevance, not to invent degrees, employment, skills, achievements, dates, metrics, or other credentials.
4. ATS scores and automated suggestions
ATS scores, job-match percentages, keyword suggestions, writing suggestions, and similar outputs are estimates intended to help you review an application. Employers and applicant-tracking systems use different rules and processes. Resume Vexa does not guarantee that a resume will pass an ATS, receive an interview, receive a job offer, or result in employment.
5. Job listings and third-party websites
Job listings may come from third-party sources, and some links take you to external employers or job boards. Resume Vexa does not control those websites and cannot guarantee that a listing is current, complete, legitimate, or still available. Verify important details with the employer or original source before applying or sharing sensitive information.
6. Accounts and device-based data
Some current Resume Vexa workspace data is stored in the browser on the device you use. Clearing browser data, changing browsers, or using another device can affect access to locally stored resumes, tracker entries, preferences, or sign-in information. You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.
7. Free access and optional support payments
Core Resume Vexa tools are offered without a required subscription unless a page clearly states otherwise. Optional support payments are voluntary and do not purchase a higher ATS score, preferential treatment, an interview, or any employment outcome. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s terms and policies.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Resume Vexa, attempt to bypass security or usage controls, interfere with the service, scrape or overload the service in an abusive manner, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
9. Intellectual property
Resume Vexa and its site design, software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in the resume content and other material you provide. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of Resume Vexa technology or branding to you.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Resume Vexa available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features, limits, integrations, or third-party sources may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.
11. Disclaimer
Resume Vexa is a job-application assistance tool and does not provide legal, financial, immigration, recruiting, or professional career-placement advice. You remain responsible for reviewing every document and application before sending it to an employer.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resume Vexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service, reliance on automated scores or suggestions, third-party job listings, external websites, or loss of browser-stored data. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Resume Vexa and forms part of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, business model, or legal requirements change. The effective date on this page will be updated when revised. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
